Paul's strongest trait is his ability to accurately feel the pulse of the critical situation or PR challenge he is thrown in and to quickly formulate highly effective plans of actions or the proper media response. I had the pleasure of experiencing first hand Paul's talent in action and being impressed by his ability to turn organizational disasters into opportunities. Paul was also great at formulating long-term plans from scratch to help one of the organizations which am involved with to establish a national presence, strong support base and to effectively communicate its policy positions throughout the organization's network.
